I used to be the person who did everything "right."

I trained for hours every day. I tracked every single calorie. I was obsessed with being in the best shape of my life. And from the outside, it looked like I had it all figured out.

But on the inside? I was exhausted, isolated, and deeply unhappy with my life.

I avoided going out with my friends and family. I brought my own food everywhere. I skipped social events to avoid "ruining my progress." Fitness had stopped being something that added value to my life and it had become something that controlled it.

After hitting a breaking point, I rebuilt everything from scratch. I learn how to train smarter, eat in a way that actually fits real life, and build the kind of consistency that doesn't requiring suffering or ungodly amounts of motivation.

I'm a former chronic over-exerciser and restrictive eater and I become a personal trainer and nutrition coach specifically to help women avoid the trap I lived in for years.
